At Ember and Sage Studio, each item is made with care and attention to detail. Because our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in colour, texture and finish are normal and part of the product’s unique character and not considered defects. That includes any air bubbles that may be seen on the vessels.
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, unwanted items, or items that have been used, burned, or damaged after delivery.
If your items arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Custom, made-to-order, and bulk orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
Please note that all return requests must be approved by us before any item is sent back.
